Rotherham Running Club had a busy weekend in Scunthorpe for North Lincs 10k and half-marathon.
In weather more suited to ducks, Sandra Ford led the club home in the 10k in a fantastic 50:26, followed by Stuart Frith in 57:00 and the ever improving Karen Green in just a touch over an hour.
Anoushka Patel, recovering from a bad fall last week, delivered an impressive 1 hour 3 minutes, with Sam Dixon hot on her heels a minute later also followed by Emma Richards.
Laura Mann took the RRC spoils in the half-marathon, showing Graham Dodd a clean pair of heels in the sprint finish and knocking five minutes off her PB with a time of 1 hour 37.
Team Captain Adelle Marsden, recovering from ankle injury, followed in 1 hour 39 and Paul Gent in 1 hour 43.
Warming up for the London Marathon, Louise Siddall cruised home in 1 hour 51 minutes ahead of Nadine Allot - a week away from her Skegness Marathon - in two hours.
Leanne Race, with a gap of four years since her last run at the distance, ran a superb 2 hours and 1 minute. Lauren Beasley and Vicki Beckitt prepared for marathons this spring by running 2 hours 10 and 2 hours 14 respectively.
Alex Stafford, running his second half in seven days, came home in 2 hours 27 minutes and the ever improving Angela Wright knocked 11 minutes off last years time at the same race, clocking 2 hours 31.
