Every Tuesday & Thursday we offer social runs for all abilities, these are generally 4-6 miles

with groups to cover different paces and distances - there's no pressure on anyone and no one gets left behind.  These may be a mix of road and trail depending on time of year and weather conditions.

Tuesday's are 'roaming runs' as in we rotate the location to run from, the current monthly

schedule is below.

Thursday's are from the Phoenix Pavillion at Brinsworth, S60 5PA - start at 18:30.
