Every Tuesday & Thursday we offer social runs for all abilities, these are generally 4-6 miles

with groups to cover different paces and distances - no one gets left behind.

Tuesday's are 'roaming runs' as in we rotate the location to run from, the current monthly

schedule is below.

Thursday's are from the Phoenix Pavillion at Brinsworth, S60 5PA.  All start at 18:30.

19th August - no Social Run due to Club Race (Treeton Bolt)
